In line with the name of the building, this is where start-ups and knowledge-intensive companies in the agro and food industry continue taking their businesses ‘to the next level’ in their enthusiasm to keep on innovating.

The business complex/incubator houses offices, laboratories, multipurpose techno halls and various meeting areas on well over 7.000 m². The spatial design by Wiegerinck architectural urban planning focuses on synergy, getting together, collaboration and open innovation. Transparency and visibility play a crucial role in this. Therefore, a central atrium forms the beating heart. Surrounding this atrium, spread over five floors, are several gathering areas, places to conduct meetings, pantries, flexible workstations and business counters that support the people starting up their businesses. The roof, which largely consists of glass, provides lots of natural light and thus reinforces the sense of transparency.
