Villa 4.0, Naarden

The metamorphosis took place thanks to a number of radical interventions. A corridor now threads all spaces together in a nice, logical way. The introvert walls have been replaced by large glass fronts and an entire living room was added to the volume. Horizontality has given way to spectacular spatiality, and the house has made a connection with its environment. Villa 4.0 is an epitome of the added value of the architect, of the strength and the value of architecture and it is an example of sustainability in the assignment. The symbiosis of the house with its interior and its surroundings also shows that an alliance between architect, client, interior architect and landscape architect is definitely paying off.
