Medical Spectrum Twente

The design is based on the insights arising from the concepts of Evidence Based Design and Healing Environment. Which together result in an environment having a positive influence on the health and a faster recovery of the patient. Examples of this are only single nursing rooms with associated privacy and security, the use of daylight, views, color and a clear orientation throughout the building.

Together we choose deliberately for the continuation of the hospital in the city center. This way the patient remains part of society and feels the city’s vibrancy. On the other hand the many visitors and staff secure a great dynamic in the city.
