The houses have a closed north façade and an open south façade. This way they all have a view in the same direction. Without visual contact, privacy is to the utmost. The facades are cladded with Western Red Cedar with large cutouts for windows and glass doors. Through the repetition and rhythm of the wooden cladding a strong graphic image arises, not only for the individual house but also for the formation.
