Grotius Building, Nijmegen

The lecture halls, study spaces, offices and the library have been organized in a very clear manner around a central hall. In this space, users make optimal use of the generous ingress of light coming through the transparent roof and the façade, which is largely made of glass.

Benthem Crouwel Architects have worked out the concept consistently, up to the smallest detail. All aspects have been carefully designed. The degree of the finish of the building is strikingly high, especially for an educational organization. It contributes to the sustainability of this energy-efficient building.
