Community College ROC, Twente

The Community College ROC van Twente is a multifunctional building for vocational- and adult education, with public functions such as restaurants, a nursery, driving school, bank, bookstore and an employment agency. On both sides of the hall new additions have been built in which educational departments are divided into small recognizable units with patios and living rooms decorated by students. The whole city of Hengelo regularly uses the huge hall for exhibitions, concerts and events.
